One of the biggest stadiums in the world. Built
for the 1968 Olympics and host of two world championships finals:
June 21, 1970 - Brazil 4 - Italy 1
June 29, 1986 - Argentina 3 - West Germany 2
I passed this stadium and saw it from the outside
during my vacation in 2000. I took a picture while sitting in a bus, which
didn't work out. There was no time to enter the ground, but I guess I can tell I
have been there emotionally!
An ex-colleague of mine, Mr. Erik de Rooy, had the kindness to give me a
